"Hold" refers to a situation where the person is currently incarcerated in this jail and cannot the released or bailed out. "RS" stands for "Released" and "DOC" for "Department of Corrections".

Adams County Jail Visitation
There are two types of visiting: on-site visits and remote visits.
For on-site visits, visitors should schedule no-charge visits at least 24 hours in advance using a video terminal in the public visitation area or using the InmateSales website or call 1-877-998-5678.
For remote visits, visitors can conduct a visit for a minimal fee using a computer or mobile device. Visits should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance using the same methods as on-site visits.
Visitors who are 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Before visiting, photo ID such as State ID cards, Driver's License, School ID, and Military ID must be presented.
