Search for Sangamon County inmates
The Jail Roster is a PDF file. A listing of inmate records is displayed, containing detailed information such as photo, name, booking number, booking date, sex, DOB, type, incarceration reason, classification, and so on. All inmates are arranged in alphabetical order according to the first letter of the last name.
If you view the website via PC, you can use the search function to locate a specific inmate more conveniently by pressing "Ctrl + F". Put the inmate's name in the search field and then press the "Enter" key. To see all inmates that match what you entered, you need to press the "Enter" key repeatedly to see the inmates one by one. If you are not sure about the spelling of the name, just enter the partial name of the inmate.

Sangamon County Jail Visitation
Visitors must schedule visits through the kiosk system located in the jail lobby or online on the ICSolutions website.
A maximum of three visitors (two adults and one child or one adult and two children) are allowed to visit an inmate at one time.
Please note that photo identification with date of birth is required for scheduling the visits and visiting the inmates. Do not take cell phones, coats, and purses/bags to the visitation area.
